Google analytics is a web analytic service offered by Google. This is to track the visitors information when they visit your site. This service was launched in November 2015. Recently, this service is being used widely.
Google analytic 360 and Google analytic premium are the two version of this service. Through this service Google track the visitors information.
Type of website visit
Direct Visit: In Direct visit users directly enter in to the site through url
Organic Visit: Users enter the site through search engine like Google or Yahoo.
Referral Visit: Visit through links.
Social media visit: Users enter the site through social media platforms.
Ads visit: In this visit, users enter the site through ads.
Vistiors information will be collected by this service, when they visit our site. The information such as:
- How much time they spent our site.
- visit pages
- which device is used through our site
- Which Browser, Operating system
- Location
You can sign in Google Analytics through gmail account. Fill the details such as website name, website url. Go to your blog and copy the url and paste it. Change the
http to
https. Because https is more secure than http. Select the industry category. Select the Reporting time zone. If your site is Indian based choose the Indian timezone. And if the site is US based then choose US time zone, so on. Reporting time zone depends up on the country time. Then tick on the Google analytics terms and condition. Select the country and click on i acccept.

After these process we will get a tracking id. Copy the tracking id. Then go to your blogger, click on settings. Choose other in settings. Paste the id and click on save setting. This can be only used in
CMS (Contend Management System). Go to your Google analytics page and copy the java script code. Again come to your blogger and choose edit/html in the theme option. Paste the java script code before closing the head tag. Go to Your Google analytic account and click all website data. Click on real time and select the overview. There you can see the number of active persons in your account. The activity page contains a '/ ' indication. It means the home page. The behavior portion include the site contend, speed of the site etc. In the audience section include the active users, technology etc.
